Worst nightmare in 10 years of hospitality experience. Firstly rooms and facilities are not what they show online. We got to the room and saw hairs in bed along with bad smelly bedsheet & blanket. Only tea and 2 breads for breakfast. And they don’t even give an extra bottle of water for double pax. Guy with glasses at night has bad attitude zero empathy. Rishi is only good staff who listened to our problems and tried to solve it. Overall experience 1/10

The most disgusting (so called) hotel experience ever. Not fit to be called a "hotel" at all. More like a dhabha with rooms as far as the staff attitude and service was concerned, and the (same) pictures that they have posted on all the travel apps and websites are so far removed from reality that one definitely feels cheated.

Hotel is at beautiful location with market and 24 hour store in front. Rooms are good with balcony and quiet ambiance. For breakfast you can have one dish per person. You can order food from outside and that is best part. Though some problem regarding hot water but staff is helpful. Kettle is not provided.
